These terms apply to the RampTracker website and mobile app, an independent project by Alejandro Palau. Please read them before using the service.

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of photos and content you submit.
• By posting reports and comments, you grant RampTracker a license to display them publicly.
• Reports, closure reasons, and custom comments are visible to all users and may be used to help the boating community.
• Correction suggestions and website feedback messages are reviewed privately; submitting them does not automatically update the directory.
• Do not include personal information, profanity, or offensive language in your comments.
• I may remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate without notice.

Acceptable Use

• Submit accurate and honest status reports
• Do not post false, misleading, or spam content
• Do not include profanity, hate speech, or offensive language in comments
• Do not share personal information of others in comments
• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Do not attempt to manipulate the points or ranking system
• Do not use the service for any illegal activities

Disclaimer

• RampTracker combines public records and government sources with community reports and third-party forecasts.
• Information may not be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
• Confirm access, hours, fees, and restrictions with the ramp operator before your visit, and check conditions when you arrive.
• A directory listing does not guarantee public access or permission to enter property. Follow posted signs and local restrictions.
• RampTracker is not a substitute for official navigation charts, weather warnings, or emergency services.
• I am not affiliated with any government agency or official data source.

Limitation of Liability

• RampTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• I am not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• I am not responsible for decisions made based on user reports.
• Use the service at your own risk. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Account Termination

• I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app.
• Upon termination, your reports may remain visible but anonymized.
